Steel products used by Elly Fence&Gates has a Manufacturers Warranty of 10 Years.

10 YEARS WARRANTY

Installation warranty covers any sections that may go out of level or detached, gates not latching properly. All gates are hung with adjustable latches and hinges for an easy do it yourself fix. If a simple adjustment doesn’t work we will provide an onsite visit for a period of 2 years.

Excluded from this warranty

Excluded from this warranty is vandalism, yard machinery damage, Acts of God, ground movement or slippage, misuse, abuse or swinging on the gate and general normal wear & tear.

Misuse and abuse of gates

Misuse and abuse of gates can be defined as, slamming the gate open or closed, by humans or nature, children stepping on or riding the gate and holding the gates open for long periods of time.

Structural changes and alterations

Warranty will be void if any structural changes / alterations are made to your fence after installation. Please note that customer failure to pay in accordance with terms contractually agreed upon voids all warranty coverage.
